The concept of customer creation stems from our enthusiasm to provide our customers
with what they really want. Our enthusiasm and consistent efforts have resulted
in a series of new services like our "Co-Edo bus and cruising service"
(a prearranged bus tour with a customized bus), the "Smile cab", (a
taxi service for the handicapped), a large-sized sightseeing bus with an elevator,
etc.
Unless we know what our customers really need, we cannot add value to our service.
We have to be freely and uniquely minded to understand what is of real value to
our customers.
Eagle continues to keenly listen to our customers desires and to develop services
that are responsive to them and the community at large. |
Innovative
The convenience and comfort of our customers are constantly being improved through
the introduction of services based on state-of-the-art-technology. The history
of Eagle bus reveals its consistent efforts to innovate with technology and unique
customer-centric services. The early introduction of wireless communications coupled
with a design control computer network has resulted in a highly efficient business
operation. Customers can now enjoy riding on a bus equipped with a coffee maker
for authentic coffee service, or entertain themselves with an onboard "karaoke"
machine, while our auto tour guide system working in tandem with the navigation
system, enables the bus to effortlessly reach its destination. The speed of response
to customer service is enhanced by an on-line sales support and payment system
running on our in-house network.
Emedica, a group company, has been formed to develop a new concept vehicle to
service areas concerning the environment, welfare, and nursing care. Eagle was,
is, and will continue to be innovative because it has a system in place to provide
unique services created from the fusion of state-of-the-art technology with the
professionalism of our highly trained personnel. |

Eagle bus established a Customer Satisfaction Promotion Room (CSPR) in 1998 under
the direct management of the president to seek higher levels of customer satisfaction.
The CSPR conducts safety training and service education for our operating crews.
A philosophy where the customer comes first is the operative guideline not only
for our crews but also for our headquarters. The CSPR is standing by for real-time
action in response to any customer claim. It also collects information by direct
mail questionnaires and telephone inquiries. A higher performance level for customer
satisfaction can be realized by listening to our customers' voices.
We are confident that CSPR is working, because we have received very positive
feedback from our customers. We know that we are a player and that our customers
are our supporters as well as our future referees. |
