The
sightseeing bus business
Special buses, greatly modified from the conventional concept, are employed for
sightseeing tours. Eagle has devised a wide variety of buses to best fit the purposes
and passenger numbers of a tour group. An example of such a tour group bus, consisting
of handicapped and non-handicapped sections, is our Universal Lift Bus 53 which
has a capacity of 53 passengers and is able to accommodate up to 10 wheelchairs
onboard. How the wheelchairs should be arranged is entirely contingent upon individual
customer requirements. The name 'Universal' is derived from the one-step-ahead,
barrier free concept, which posits that anyone, regardless of age, physical condition,
or physical ability, can enjoy a bus tour. |
Pick-up
(limousine bus) service
Eagle bus corporation began its business operations in this field together with
its sightseeing operations. Building on our close personal relationships with
our limousine bus customers, our crews have collected specific information regarding
the customers' actual requirements. This cumulative experience of more than two
decades of service are a source of present and future innovations for service
improvements, not only in the limousine bus area, but also in other service areas. |
Route
bus service
Following the deregulation of route bus services, Eagle decided to enter this
business area to open up a new market, where competitive bus operating companies
can be profitable and mutually collaborative. Operations are scheduled to commence
in autumn of 2002. Eagle is confident of success in this new area based on our
past achievements and our accumulated know-how as a customer-first service provider. |
